Click "Go to my account"

Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.

In the left-hand sidebar, click "Users & Teams".

Click "Create user"

Enter the email address of your Hawke Media service expert and Click "Next"

Click "Narrow access with a default permission set"

Click "Standard user"

Select "Super Admin"
