    Log in to the Actum Portal at [https://merchant.actumprocessing.com](https://merchant.actumprocessing.com).

    Proceed by choosing the preferred Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.

    Select the username on the upper right side.

    Choose Manage Users.

    Click Create.

    Keep all options the same and ensure Admin User is set to No. Then, click Submit.

    When creating a View Only Access account on the Actum Portal, do not enable admin capabilities for the user.

    Be sure to inform the intended View Only access user that there is only two hours to click on the Invite link from an email sent from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) titled "Actum Feature Requests."

    Select Safe Reports.

    Choose the ParentID.

    Click Set User's Privileges.
