    How to Create an Automated Email Sequence in HubSpot

    Navigate to [https://app.hubspot.com](https://app.hubspot.com)
    Click "Automation"
    Click "Sequences"
    Click "Create sequence"
    You can either start with a pre-made sequence and edit that
    Or create one from scratch by clicking "Start with a blank sequence and add your own emails and tasks."
    Click "Create sequence"
    Click here.
    Click "Automated email"
    Click "Next: Add email content"
    Search for a saved template and select it, or create your own template and skip to step #16
    To add a follow up email, click the "+" button
    Click "Automatically send an email for me"
    Select "Reply" if you want the follow up email to be in the same thread as the first email you sent in this sequence.
    Click "Next: Add email content"
    Click "Create template" if you don't already have a template saved for the follow up email (if you do, search and select the template, then skip to step #21)
    Enter in all the details to create your email template.
    Click "Personalize" to add personalization tokens.
    Click "Insert" to add meeting links, a video, documents, or snippets.
    Click "Save template"
