Navigate to [Workforce Connect](https://be.safe365global.com/performance)

Click "Add New"

Click and complete the fields about the Incident

Safe365 will automatically pick up your address, you can make changes to the location or provide additional location information.

Safe365 will automatically pick up the current time and date, you can make changes to this in the field below.

Safe365 will automatically pick up the current environmental conditions, you can add additional information in the field below.

Tag the incident, click all the tags that apply to the Incident.

Record what happened in the field below.
