Navigate to the page where you want to add your database

Type "/database" and select "Database inline" or press [[enter]] if that's the highlighted option

Click into the first column header to change its column header

Note - the first column of every Notion database must be a Text column (i.e. the content of each cell below it will be the Text type)

Double-click the "Property name" to update the name

Click the next column's header to make additional edits

Click "Edit property" if you need to make edits to the content type
