How to Create and Edit Community Policies

    1
    Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)
    2
    Click "Settings" & Community Policies"
    3
If you want to turn off/on an existing policy, you will want to change the Status associated with it. Green means the policy is currently active.
    4
If you want to edit an existing policy, click the box next to the policy.
    5
    Then click "EDIT"
    6
You can update the name, description and status from this page.
    7
You can also update which visitor types are seeing & having to agree to this policy during their sign-in at the kiosk. Remember that a kiosk user will only see & interact with a policy one time - once they acknowledge it, they won't see that policy during any subsequent sign-in unless you update the policy with changes.
    8
If you want to view an existing policy, you can download a version onto your computer.
    9
Once you're done making changes, click "Update"
    10
To add a new policy, click "Add"
    11
Add in a policy name & a description (if applicable)
    12
Choose your visitor types. You can have multiple policies uploaded & active, which can target different visitors. For instance, you can have an Employee Handbook uploaded just for your Staff to recognize - and at the same time - have a Volunteer Guide uploaded just for volunteers.
    13
Click "Browse File" to upload your policy. The file must be a .doc, .docx or pdf formats. If your policy is larger or long, you could upload a document that has a QR Code, which the visitor can scan on their phone to view the full sized document.
    14
    Click "Save" once you're complete.
    15
You can view a log of every person that has accepted or declined your policies by clicking on "Reports" & "Community Policy Report"
    16
You can adjust the date range to narrow your view.
    17
You can also add filters if you're searching for someone or something specific.
    18
Click "EXPORT" if you want to download this report onto your computer.
