Create a Geofence

To create a new Geofence, click "Add Geofence"

Enter the name for your Geofence. This can be anything you would like, but we recommend making it something easily identifiable.

You Can either "Look up by address" or "Lat/Long", we will go ahead and look up by address.

Enter the address and click the correct address that appears.

Click "Search"

The address or lat/long you enter will appear on the map as a pink dot (see arrow).

Optional: You can enter a description of the geofence. We also recommend adding contact information related to the geofence especially if it is a job site, tuck yard, etc in case of emergencies.

Optional: you can attach a Job ID to the geofence.

You can adjust the line & fill color of your geofence.

Click the box and then select your color or enter your hex color code.

You can choose to create a circle (which is always the default) or a polygon, first we will look at the circle.

The center of your circle should already be on the map from when you searched the location (Steps 8-10). So you will want to click the distance of the radius away from the center point.

After clicking your Circle Geofence should appear.

Next let's look at a polygon. Click the "Polygon" field.

Draw your Polygon by clicking the corners of your polygon.
