Log in using your existing profile information.

Click "Manage Members" on the homepage (dashboard)

Click "Create"

Click the "Display name" field.

Once the new members information has been inputted, the subscriber can then set the access required for that member. When the toggle is slid so it shows blue the new user will be able to view and edit that functionality.

Fairly common access is to allow members all access or keep the payment history (disbursement) and purchase history hidden. Then the new member will have access to all other functionality.

Once the desired level of access is chosen click 'submit'.

You can edit a members level of access at any stage, just click on the blue icon next to their name and amend the access required. If that member no longer works for the organisation then you can simply delete their profile by clicking the red icon.
