    How to Create and Publish a JotForm

    Navigate to JotForm

    Click "CREATE FORM"

    Click start from scratch or use a template.

    You can click in the title area (currently says Form) to change the title then drag and drop items from the left of the screen.

    Continue to drag and drop until you have all the items you need on the form.

    Scroll down the left to see all the options.

    Highlight a field and then click properties to change the properties, including to make it required.

    Close the property box by clicking the X.

    To change the settings, click settings.

    There are many settings you can change, including the thank you page that shows up after completion and who gets an email when the form is submited.

    Click publish to allow the form to be ready to send.

    Copy the link and send to your client as needed.
