    Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)

    Click "Settings" and then "Event"

    To create a new event to appear on your kiosk, click "ADD"

    Add a name for this event in the "Event Name" field.

    If you'd like further details to appear in the kiosk for this event, such as where it's happening, you can add an "Event Description"

    If this is a consistent event that you'd like always available in the kiosk, click "Permanent Event"

    However, if this is a unique event that is only happening once, like a Holiday Party for example, you can click "One Time Event"

    Choose a "Start Date," "Start Time" and "End Time" for this event. This event will only be visible on the kiosk within these parameters and will expire from view after the End Time.

    Click "Save"

    If you'd like to edit an event, check the box next to the Event Name.

    Click "EDIT"

    Add in your changes and then click "Update"

    On the Kiosk, during sign-in, a user can say their reason for visiting is an event.

    Once chosen - a list of all of the events you have added in your Dashboard will appear for the user to choose from.

    To view a record of event attendees, you can go to the "Visitor Log / Ledger" report in the Dashboard.

    Click the "All" dropdown and choose the Event filter.

    Type the name of your event into the Search field and hit Submit. That should bring up a list of that event's attendees for the date range you have chosen.
