Sign in to your school portal as an admin (super-admin)

Click the "ADMIN" menu-group

Click the "Settings" menu
Add a New Academic Semester / Period

In the settings page, ensure to switch to the "Academic Sessions" tab. \ \ Scroll down to the academic semesters section of the page.

Click "Create New Academic Semester / Period"

Enter a name for the new academic semester / period

Click "Add"

Click "Close"
Edit an Academic Semester / Period

Click the Edit Icon corresponding to the academic semester / period you want to edit

Make the desired changes to the name

Click "Update"

Click "Done"
