The header can be set in any placement on the page and can include: \

Click "Custom footer" to edit the footer.

Click "Different first page" to have a header or footer that is different on the first page than in the rest of the document.

Click "ok" to finish editing header/footer.

Click "Page Layout" to preview the changes made to the header and/or footer.
