    Log in to the Actum Portal at [https://merchant.actumprocessing.com](https://merchant.actumprocessing.com).
    Proceed by choosing the preferred Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.

    Select the username on the upper right side.
    Choose Manage Users.
    For a new user that has not accepted an invite to the Actum Portal, click on the Contact Email that needs to be deleted.
    For a user that already exists and accepted the invite to the Actum Portal, click on the Username.
    For a new user that has not accepted an invite to the Actum Portal, choose Deactivate User.
    For a user that already exists and accepted the invite to the Actum Portal, click Deactivate User.
    Click OK to finalize the deletion/deactivation of the Actum Portal account.
