    Search for "File Explorer"
    Launch "File Explorer"
    Click "This PC"
    Click "Local Disk (C:)"
    Click "Users"
    Select your profile
    Click "Date modified"
    Click Address Bar
    Add on the following " \appdata\local\google " hit enter Example: C:\Users\"your username"\AppData\Local\Google
    Click "Name"
    Right Click "Chrome"
    Click "Delete"
    Good, the corrupted Chrome Profile has been deleted. Simply launch Chrome, sign back in, and sync will be reenabled, resolving the issue.
