Search for "File Explorer"
Launch "File Explorer"
Click "This PC"
Click "Local Disk (C:)"
Click "Users"
Select your profile
Click "Date modified"
Click Address Bar
Add on the following " \appdata\local\google " hit enter
Example: C:\Users\"your username"\AppData\Local\Google
Right Click "Chrome"
Click "Delete"
Good, the corrupted Chrome Profile has been deleted. Simply launch Chrome, sign back in, and sync will be reenabled, resolving the issue.
