How to Make a Matching Question on Google Forms? You first have to go within your Google Drive and go into Google Forms.

Create a new Google Forms and give it a name.

Go to settings.

Make sure to toggle on the "Make this a quiz".

Then go back to the question section.

Click on the question that you would like to make a matching question. Click on the arrow besides "multiple choice".

On the drop down menu, click on "Multiple choice grid". This will create 2 columns for your matching answers.

Type in the question.
