    On the patient encounter, click "Complaints & HPI"

    Pick the correct encounter type. This should define the reason for visiting the facility.

    Indicate if this encounter is a revisit or a new encounter. For revisit pick "Yes"

    Add Patient complaint or reasons for visit, note that it is possible to add more than one complaint

    Add the duration (optional)

    Add Comments (optional)

    Enter the patient's HPI in the provided text- field.
