Click "Sign In" at the bottom left corner once the App Store opens.

You will need to sign in with your Apple ID, which will be your work email address.

Once you type in your password, you'll be signed in with your account.

You can search for applications you will want to download up above on the search bar.

Click "Get" on the application you are searching for.

Once the application downloads, you will be able to open the application.

To access your downloaded applications, go to the bottom left of your dock and click "Launchpad"

Your downloads will show up along the row of applications!
