    Open an existing presentation or create a new one.

    Click the "File" tab on the toolbar on top.

    Click or hover over the "Download" option in the dropdown menu.

    Here are various download format options: - Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) - ODP Document (.odp) - PDF Document (.pdf) - Plain Text (.txt) - JPEG image (.jpg, current slide) - PNG image (.png, current slide) - Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg, current slide)

    Alert! For the options JPEG image, PNG image, and Scalable Vector Graphics, you will have to select all the presentation slides first.

    In this example, I chose the PDF Document option. This one is probably the best option since the presentation will not suffer from any unwanted changes.

    Click the Downloads button to find the file you just downloaded.

    Click the Show COMPANY OVERVIEW.pdf in Finder button

    Here is your Google Slides presentation downloaded to your computer.

    The PDF document will contain the entire presentation with static elements. This format does not support videos, audios or GIFs.
