Open your Zoom desktop app
Recordings are stored locally on the free Zoom plan, while paid plans allow both local and cloud recordings.

Click "Meetings"

Click "Recorded"

On the left, you will see a list of your local recordings along with their file locations.\
Select a recording from the list to see the details and options on the right.

Click "Open" to access the file on your computer

Click on your profile picture in the top right corner

Click "My Profile"

You will be redirected to your web browser

Enter your password and email and click "Sign In".\
Or sign in with SSO, Apple, Google or Facebook.

Click "Recordings"

You will see a list of all your Zoom cloud recordings, which you can search and filter

Locate the recording you want to download and click the 3 dots on the right

Click "Download"
