How to Edit/Cancel or Reorder on BCause

Navigate to your email and locate your order confirmation email. This email will be from '[email protected]'.

Click "View, Edit or Cancel Your Order"

To edit or cancel your order, scroll down the page and click "Edit".

If you wish to cancel altogether or cancel and edit your order click 'Proceed'. This will cancel your order but add all of the items from your original order back to your cart. You can then choose to adjust your cart and follow the checkout process again to complete your updated order, or not checkout again and effectively cancel your order.

If you want to easily reorder the same items you received from a previous checkout, click "Reorder" instead of 'Edit'. This will add all the items from the original order back to your cart and then you can proceed with the checkout process as usual.
