    Editing File Properties in an Excel Sheet

    Click "File"
    Click "Info"
    From here, you can edit basic properties like title, tags, categories, or authors.
    Click "Add an author" to add other document authors.
    Click "Show All Properties" to see additional properties.
    This will then show the additional properties available.

    Inspecting a Document in Excel

    Click "Check for Issues" next to Inspect Workbook.
    Click "Inspect Document"
    Click "Yes"
    Click "Inspect"
    Click "Remove All Document Properties and Personal Information" if your document contains personal information. Excel will show you any areas of your document that have issues.
    Click "Reinspect" to check that any issues have been corrected.
    Click "Close".

    Checking Accessibility in an Excel Sheet

    Click "File" and then "Info"
    Click "Check for Issues"
    Click "check accessibility".
    The side bar will now show you what accessibility issues are present in your excel sheet and make suggestions for how to correct them.
