How to Set Up Your Profile Settings

Login to DelightChat and click on settings

Click on "My Account"

Click on "Your Profile"

Update your status to indicate whether you are online or offline.

Click "Upload New Avatar" - upload your profile image (JPG/PNG, min 200x200px)

#### **Enter First Name and Last Name.** This is the internal display name visible to your teammates.

Enter "Last Name"

Provide your contact number for easy communication with your team members.

Enter country code and phone number

#### **Username -** Used for **@mentions** in team comments or internal notes.\ For example, others can type `@Priya` to tag you inside DelightChat.

#### **User Role (optional) -** You can specify your role like *Support Executive*, *Marketing Lead*, etc. This role can also appear in your **email signature**.

Click "Email Address"

#### **Email Address -** This is your **Company login email** (not editable from here). - It’s used for: - Logging in to DelightChat. - Receiving notifications. - Internal identification within the workspace.

Clicking the pink **“Click here”** link will take you to the password reset/change page.

You’ll need to enter your current password.

"Enter new password".

Click "Save"

Choose your **interface language**

This affects only your personal view — other team members can keep their own language preferences.

Always click **Save** after making any change to apply it to your account.
