Log in to Hosted Solutions <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to the Customer page <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/customers>

Find the user you're looking for on your customer grid. Any column is searchable or filterable. I usually search by name. Tap on the account you want to view/edit.

Editing a User Profile allows you to: - Change account status (active or inactive). - Edit email address, phone number, customer name, and birthday. - Assign a billing location (which will assign that location's tax rate if you have taxes enabled).

By default, App customers who have verified their email addresses are listed as Active. To set a user to inactive, tap 'Edit' under Profile, and change the account status to 'Inactive'.

Customers can edit their own email address in your Mobile App. You can also edit it for them here in Hosted Solutions. If you are using a Mobile App, the customer will now use the new email address to log in. Their password will stay the same.

Customers can edit their own phone number in your Mobile App. You can also edit it for them here in Hosted Solutions.

Customers can edit their name in your Mobile App. You can also edit it for them here in Hosted Solutions.

Customers cannot update their own birthday in your Mobile App (this is to prevent abuse of birthday club free washes). You can update your customers' birthdays here.

Manually assigning a customer to a location will ensure they get charged that location's tax rate (if the location has taxes enabled under https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/locations It will also help with the location-specific reporting within Hosted Solutions.

Locking a customer's location means their billing tax location is locked to whatever you set it to for their Mobile App purchases.

Don't forget to 'Update" if you made any changes ot the Customer Profile section.
