How to Edit an Email Signature in HubSpot - Used for Sequences and Templates

Click on "Settings"

Click "General"

Click "Email"

Click "Edit email signature"

Click here.

Copy your email signature

Switch back to the HubSpot window, and paste your signature. Click into the photo icon and hit [Backspace] to erase the icon.

Click "Insert Image"

Click the "Search images and folders" field.

Type "acadeum logo email [[enter]]"

Click the first image, titled "Acadeum_Logo_ForEmailSignature-2"

Now the image is inserted.

Change formatting if you would like.

In this example, I made my name in bold and removed the bold formatting in my title.

Click "Save"
