      Edit an Invoice Price

      Click "Open Invoices"

      Search for the agent whose invoice you'd like to make an adjustment to.

      Click on the Action button of the invoice that you'd like to add an adjustment to the amount for.

      Alert! \ You will only see the Edit Invoice option if the invoice is in Open or Overdue status. Any invoices in Pending status will not be available for adjustment until the task associated with the invoice is completed.

      Click "Edit Invoice"

      Click this button to Add an Adjustment.

      Tip!\ Enter the amount that you are wanting to adjust the total amount by. Do not enter the expected total.

      Click the "Adjustment Amount" field.

      In this example, I wanted to adjustment the invoice to be $50 less than the current total. To accomplish this, I entered "-50".

      Leave any comments detailing the reason for the adjustment if desired. Click "Save"

      Click "OK"

      Verify that the new Balance Due is the amount you were expecting.

      You can see the cost adjustment shown here as a separate line item with the comments that were left detailing the reason for the adjustment.

      The bottom left corner of the invoice will show the overall Audit Log for the invoice and any changes made.

      Edit an Invoice Date & Due Date

      Click "Edit Invoice"

      Click this button to edit the Invoice Date.

      Enter the needed date changes.

      Click "OK"
