Note: The Academic Affairs Office loads future semester syllabi before the term starts. Instructions below assume that future semester syllabi are available.

Choose the "Helpful Resources" tab on the left side of the screen.

Select "Syllabus Management" in the drop-down menu.

Under "Current Courses" or "Past Courses" select and open the course that you would like to copy the syllabus FROM.

Select the down arrow next to "Syllabus" in the top left corner.

Select "Copy To One" to copy the syllabus into your "Future Course".

**TIP:** *If you are teaching more than one section of the same course, copy to one section, make any necessary changes, and then copy the changed syllabus to the remaining sections.*

In the "Keyword(s)" area, type in the course ID to locate the course you would like to copy to.  Then select "Search".

Based on your keyword search, a course or list of courses will appear on the right side of the screen. Select the course that you would like to copy your syllabus **TO**, then click "Copy".

Select all of the sections of the syllabus you would like to copy. Then choose "Copy" at the bottom of the page.

On the next window, choose "OK".  Your syllabus is now copied!

To verify content has been copied, return to the Concourse homepage by clicking "Concourse" in the top left corner of the page.

Select the course the syllabus was copied to, and verify the content is correct.  

To edit course syllabus content within that course, select the drop down next to "Syllabus" in the top left corner. 

Choose "Edit" from the drop down menu.  Make any edits necessary before copying the syllabus to another course or courses.

To edit information within the syllabus, select the pencil in the section you wish to adjust.

When finished editing the section, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

If you have additional courses to copy your syllabus to, repeat the previous steps.
