You have two settings to set in regards to Date/Time.
The first setting is enabling Date/Time. Toggle the setting on to enable it.
Next, you can choose to 'hide out of date points' or 'keep out of date points on the map. People who are creating future-looking event maps usually choose to 'hide out of date points' while people creating historical points usually choose to toggle on 'Keep out of date points on the map'.
When you are done adjusting Date/time settings click "Save".
