Locate the workspace name at the top of your left sidebar menu and click the down arrow next to it

Scroll down to "Sound & appearance" and make sure "Mute all messaging sounds from Slack" is unchecked

Click on the down arrow for each notification sound to reveal more sound options. You will hear a sample as you click on it.\ Select the one you want.

Under "Deliver notifications via...", click on the down arrow and select "Windows Action Center"

If you're not receiving Slack notifications, go to Windows Settings
