      Click "Gear Icon" in Dynamics CRM

      Click "Advanced Settings"

      Click "Down Arrow" to the right of "Settings"

      Click "Email Configuration"

      Click "Mailboxes"

      Click "Your Profile Name"

      Click "Test & Enable Mailbox"

      Click "Test & Enable Mailbox again once it is highlighted - Note- This can take a few seconds so please be patient."

      Click "Mailbox: Lucas Oliver - Microsoft Dynamics 365"

      Navigate to "Microsoft Outlook"

      Open the email from Dynamics 365 & Click "Email Tracking"

      Click "Dynamics 365"

      Click on "Set Regarding" begin typing the name of the Contact, Project Name or Company.

      Type " Project Name / Company Name / Contact Name" to link the selected email to CRM.

      Click "Chosen Option"

      Chosen Record will be automatically linked to CRM.
