    How to Enable and View Feedback

      Navigate to "Listings" page and the select the listing you want to manage feedback for.

      Click "Feedback Form"

      Here you can enable or disable feedback requests.

      Choose the request frequency, which determines how often the system will send a feedback request to a showing agent.

      In the Optional Questions section, you have the option to include additional questions in the feedback form by checking the corresponding box to enable them or unchecking to disable them.

      To create a custom question, simply click "+ Create a Question" located in the Custom Questions section, and click the "Type your custom question here" field that appears.

      Enter the custom question and click 'Save' to confirm.

      Feedback Reports

      You can access listing activity and feedback by clicking "Reports" tab.

      You can review feedback and activity details within the Listing Activity report on this page. To create a PDF report, simply click on 'Export.' Depending on your browser settings, the report may either open in a new pop-up window or download directly into a folder on your device.

      **Tip!** You may need to disable a pop-up blocker to view the report.

      View New Feedback for a Listing

      To review feedback for a listing, navigate to the 'Feedback' section in the menu. If there is new feedback available, you will see a 'View Feedback' button displayed. Simply click on 'View Feedback' to review the newly submitted feedback from a showing agent.

      When done reviewing the feedback, click 'Close' to return to the 'Feedback' page.

      On the 'Feedback' page, click on the 'Showings' tab.

      You can view the feedback you have submitted as a showing agent here. Click "View Feedback".
