Navigate to [https://mail.google.com](https://mail.google.com)

Navigate to the contact you are looking for and open up your last email with them.

Click on their avatar to open up this window, and click "Send Email"

Click "Sequences"

Click the "Search sequences" field.

Search for the title of your sequence and select it.

Click "Settings"

You can adjust what time your sequence will send (business hours)

Click "Save"

Click the dropdown menu for "Send now" and click "Send later" if you want the first email of the sequence to go out the next business day (or skip this step if you want it to send immediately).

Click "Time Zone" if you want to adjust the sending time zone to your client's time zone

Click "Start sequence"
