Navigate to Inside Augsburg. Log into your student time entry portal, and click on the current timesheet.
Click on "My Timesheet". Verify the correct pay period dates, which are visible at the top, next to your name. Click on the date you'll enter hours. For every shift you work, you must enter two things: Start and end time (from and to), and the position code.
Under the Position column on the chosen day, click the dropdown arrow, and click "Browse" to find your new position. Once you've clicked it once, it will be visible in the dropdown field.
Click the bubble to the left to choose that position. In this example, we will click on the "Athletic Facilities Events Assistant" position for the academic year, or "AYATHEVE". During the summer, your position code would start with SU.
Enter the hours worked FROM (start time) and TO (end time) for each day you work.
For shifts of more than 6 hours at one time, you are entitled to a 30 minute unpaid break. Please clock out and back in after your break. See below:
Don't forget to choose the correct position for the hours worked.
Every day you work, click "SAVE". Enter your hours every day until the end of the pay period, SAVING the daily entries.
At the end of the two week pay period when finished working, click "SAVE", and "SUBMIT". Your timesheet will now be reviewed by your supervisor. Please submit your timesheet as soon as you are finished working for the pay period. Timesheets are due the second Friday of the pay period by 4pm. (If you work over the weekend, submit your timesheet when you're finished working on Saturday. ) This will give your supervisor time to review and approve your hours.
