Select the settings button (Gear Icon) on the lower left-hand side of your phones keypad.

Select Advanced.

Put in the phones admin password. Default is 73738.

Scroll to the right until the "Restore Default" option is selected.

Click Select.

Select "Yes" on the confirmation pop-up box.
The phone will now have any non-default settings removed and clear any temporary data from its memory. If the phone has a hotdesk profile currently logged in, it will be logged out in this process.
