    You will arrive at the "Home" page and scroll down to the section titled "Looking for care? Start Here""

    Click "View Results" under the "See a Local Provider Option"

    Ensure you are searching in your city and surrounding cities by click the blue "City, State Zip Code" option

    Click the "Enter Address, City, or Zip" field with the Address, City, or Zip that you want to look for.

    Search for a doctor you would like to select

    Click on the doctor of your choice

    Call the hospital or practice listed to schedule an appointment
