Click "View Order History"

(Optional) If you know the specific location to which the order was sent, you can select just that account from this menu option

From the date selection menu, choose your date range.
Tip! You will only find orders up to 90 days old using this tool. For packing slips of completed order over 90 days old, please reach out to the customer service team.

Next, before clicking [[Search]], click "Filter your results" to specify the Order Number or PO Number that you're looking for

Enter the Purchase Order Number or Cardinal Order Number that you're searching for

Now click [[Search]]

Click the order(s) that appear in your search results to open the full order details
Tip! Depending on how many items are in your order, there might be multiple shipments which results in multiple packing slips. Each shipment is a 'Section' of the Order Details page here

Once you find the item(s) that were shipped that you are looking for the packing slip for, click this icon

In the popup window that appears, make sure the correct email is shown for you to receive this packing slip, then click Send.
