    Log in to the Actum Portal at [https://merchant.actumprocessing.com](https://merchant.actumprocessing.com).

    Proceed by choosing the preferred Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.

    Click on Customers.

    Alternatively, select Features and Procedures.

    Choose Customers.

    Log in to the Actum Portal at [https://merchant.actumprocessing.com](https://merchant.actumprocessing.com).

    Select the Primary Customer ID of the Primary Customer to edit.

    Edits can be made to the Contact and/or System Info sections. Upon completion of changes, click on Apply Changes.
