How to Find your Advisors at NWACC

In the top left, click "**MENU**"

Click "**Academics**"

Review the "**Important Contacts Support Network**" box for your Advisors.

Two Types of Advisors will appear: **Enrollment Services Advisor (Green) -** Helps you with the Admissions process, Records request, Financial Aid, and your First-Semester Course Recommendations! **Division Advisor (Yellow) -** Helps with your Second Semester - Completion Course Recommendations, Transfer & Graduation planning, and in some cases Internships. **Academic Division (Purple Arrow)** - This is the Academic Division that your Program of Study falls under. We'll need this information when finding our Advisor in ConexEd.

Use the Horizontal Scroll bar to scroll all the way over for your Advisor's email address.

The first page you will see in ConexEd is the **Student Support Directory**. Here is where you can find your Advisors to schedule an appointment, chat or email with them.

You will see **blue buttons** for each Advising Area.

Click on the **Advising Area** that matches your Advising Program **(see step 4)**

Here we can see the two **Business & Computer Information Division Advisors**.

**Enrollment Services -** Helps you with the Admissions process, Records request, Financial Aid, and your **First**-**Semester** Course Recommendations! Click on **Enrollment Services** to see the Advisors.

Here we can see some of the **Enrollment Services Advisors**
