    How to Generate Invoice for On-Demand Payments (by students and parents)

      Sign in to your school portal account as a student or parent

      Generate On-Demand Invoice

      Click "Payments" on the left sidebar menu

      Click "My Fees / Invoices"

      Click "New Payment / Invoice"

      Select the fees session and term, then click "Next"

      For each payable item you want to pay for, click the "Add Item" button next to it.\ You will see the preview of your selected items on the right (or below on mobile).\ \ To pay for two or more quantities of an item, you can add the item twice or multiple times. Your preview will always show your selections and the total amount selected.

      After selecting the items you want t pay for, click "Generate Invoice" below the preview list

      Your payment invoice is now generated.

      Proceed with Payment

      To complete the payment for the just generated invoice, click "Proceed to Payment"

      Select a payment method

      Click "Proceed" and then complete the payment via your selected method

      View / Print the Invoice

      In the list of your invoices, find the invoice you just generated and click the "View" button corresponding to it.\ \ If you moved away from the fees page, you can always return to it from the menu "Payments >> My Fees / Invoices".

      Click "Print"

      After printing click "Close" to close the invoice view modal
