    How to Generate Stock Holding & Contracting Reports

    Log into the Dyer & Blair Active Trader system

    Navigate to **Reports** item on the side menu, click the Drop Down button and Click **"Stock Holding"**

    You will get a summarized report of the securities you own

    **To export your Stock Holding Report**, click on the arrow highlighted below

    **Select the desired format** to export i.e. CSV, XLS or PDF and your report will be available for download

    To get your **Contracting Reports** ,navigate to Reports item on the side menu, click the Drop Down button and Click **"Contract"**

    **Specify the desired date range** you'd like to get Contract Reports of and Click **"GO"** to generate the report

    You will get a **detailed breakdown of the Brokerage, Levies, Settlement Amount** etc. of all executed trades

    **To export the Contract Report**, click on the highlighted arrow

    **Choose the desired format** i.e. CSV,XLS or PDF and your portfolio will be available for download.
