How to Generate a Birthday Report

Log into your brokerage's system as a System Admin user.
Click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu.

Click "Agent" in the dropdown menu.

Click "Birthday" in the side menu.

Click "[All Offices]" to release the dropdown menu.

Click "San Antonio - 1202 N. Flores St" from the dropdown menu.

Click "[All Months]" to release the dropdown menu.

Click "January".
Zoom Saved
Review the Birthday Report for the month of January. The report will list all the active users whose birthday fall within the specified parameters. The birthday table will include the users name, phone number, date of birth, and email address.

Click the "Download as CSV / Excel" button to download the report to your device.
