      Navigate to Brokerage Engine.
      Click "Accounting"
      Click the "Expenses" tab.
      Click "Expenses"
Click "Toggle Dropdown" next to "Print Checks".
      Click "Positive Pay"
      The report will then display.
Select the account where the checks were written from by clicking on the Account dropdown menu.
Click on the dropdown menu to select a custom date frame.
Another option is to create a date range by clicking on the small calendar icons. Once the date is established, click "Search"
      The Report will populate.
By choosing a Payee from the dropdown menu in the "Payee" text field, the report can be further customized.
Since Positive Pay is used to verify the Payee of a Check, Brokerage Engine Accounting generates the report with the Payee name, rather than the Vendor (or display) name, since they can sometimes differ.
Click "Generate" in order to create the CSV / Excel File to upload to the Banking Institution. The format for this file will be of the first column being fixed, the second column is the check number, the third column is the amount, and the last column is the issue date.
Another option is to click "Download as CSV / Excel" in order to create the CSV / Excel File to upload to the Banking Institution. This format will populate the report with the date, type of payment, reference number, name of the payee, category, memo, balance, total, and status.
