    Navigate to [https://bitly.com/](https://bitly.com/)

    Click "QR Code"

    Before you "Enter your QR Code destination" field, find the document or destination for your QR code. (Next Step will have details) For example, I'm going to use a Google Document. Using Google tools allows you to update the Google document without having to create a new QR code.

    Switch to tab "My Drive - Google Drive" - or to the destination for your QR code.

    Click the "Search in Drive" field.

    Find the document, sheet, presentation, form, etc.

    Click click on the document, sheet, presentation, form, etc.

    Click on the THREE vertical dots all the way to the right of the document field.

    Click "Get link" and choose 'Share'.

    Click "Anyone with the link" under 'General Access'.

    Click "Copy link".

    Click in the "Enter your QR Code destination" field and PASTE the copied link from Google which is found in the 'Create a QR code' area and PRESS enter.

    Sign up using your VCCS Google Account.

    Click the 'Sign up and get your QR code'.

    Click "Log in" if you already have an account, if not, CREATE an account using your VCCS Google Account by clicking on 'Sign up with Google'.

    Click "Google" and follow directions. Once the system has logged you in, you'll be taken to the next step below.

    Once you have created your account or logged in, your QR code will be shown. Click on the "X" and you'll have an opportunity to edit.

    Click "Untitled 2023-10-23" and give your QR code a name. The name should be identifiable by your audience. For example "TCC Center for Teaching Excellence FAQs".

    Click the pencil icon will give you several different editing options such as color to choose from, and altering the design of the QR code itself. Make it yours!
