    How to Generate an Office Task Breakdown Report

      Log in to your brokerage's system as a System Admin user.
      Click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu.
      Click "Task" in the dropdown menu.
      Click "Office Task Breakdown" in the side menu.
      The first section of the report displays an Office Task Overview bar chart. The chart includes data from a brokerage's office locations. Each location has a bar that represents their system's tasks and the colors divide the tasks based on their status.
      To the right of the bar graph each task status is represented by a color and symbol. Each symbol displays the total amount of tasks in that particular status across all of a brokerage's offices.
      Beneath the graph, there are office tiles that display the addresses of different office locations along with the number of tasks in each status.
      You can click the "Download PDF" button in the upper-right corner to download a pdf version of the report.
