How to Get Borrower and Co-Borrower to E-Sign a Document

Log in to your LendingWise back office.

Click "Pipeline"

Open the loan file with borrower and co-borrower.

Click on the "Compose Email" button.

Click in the "To" field.

Select the Borrower from the drop-down list.

Click in the "To" field again.

Select the Co-Borrower from the drop-down list.

Scroll down to the "Auto Generated Documents" section and look for the document you would like the borrower and co-borrower to e-sign.

Click the checkbox next to the document with the blue icon that you would like e-signed.

Once you tick the checkmark you should see this notice that shows "Esign Mode Activated".

Then click "Send". Now both the Borrower and Co-Borrower will receive emails to e-sign. Once they e-sign you can view the signed document in the loan file.

Go to the loan file, and click the "Docs" tab.

Scroll down to the "E-signed Documents" section and click on the view icon of the document that you sent to get e-signed.
