    Navigate to [https://sourcenow.awardco.com/welcome](https://sourcenow.awardco.com/welcome)

    Click "RECOGNIZE A NOWIAN!"

    Click the "Search" field.

    Type the name of the person(s) you wish to recognize.

    Their names will appear as you type.

    Click on the person(s) you wish you recognize.

    Click the "Add comment" field to leave any comments.

    If you want the publication to be public, click "Everyone", otherwise click "Private".

    Click "Recognize" to publish the recognition.

    Click on "View Feed" to see the recognition or "Recognize More" to send another recognition.

    Leaving a Reaction in the Feed

    Click on the reaction of your liking.
