Input the data in your spreadsheet.

Look for the column you want to hide.

Right-click on the letter at the top of the column you wish to hide.

Click on the “Hide column” option.

Now, column C is hidden and you will see these two small triangles.

You can click here to show the column again.

Click on the letter on top of the first column you wish to hide.

If you want to hide columns contiguous to that first column, press the Shift key while clicking the headers of each additional column.

Keep pressing the Shift key and right-click on any of the columns selected.

A new menu will appear.

Click “Hide columns X- X”

Now, columns C-E are hidden; you will see these two small triangles. If you click on those, the columns appear again.

If you want to select columns that are non-contiguous, press the Control key or the Command key while clicking on each column header.
