Log in to CustomerGauge at [https://login.eu.customergauge.com/](https://login.eu.customergauge.com/)
From your dashboard, head over to the Report Hub to create a new report.
    Click "Create Report"
Give your report a relevant name.
Once in your report, click "New widget" to begin adding charts to your report.
Type "SWOT" into the search bar and select the widget.
For now, use the standard settings and click "Add Widget".
Here's your SWOT chart, which plots accounts based on their revenue value and their Net Promoter Score. The dots are your accounts—those in the "opportunity" corner are your low revenue, high NPS customers.
Open the drop-down and click "Opportunity" to isolate opportunities.
Roll over each dot to see their NPS score and revenue. Here's one account that is likely open to hearing about new offerings or expanding your current offer across their departments and geographies.
Take note and send these accounts to your account management team to talk to. But wait, there's another widget that might also help here. 👇
Follow the same steps to add a new widget, the NPS Activity Timeline. This widget will show you accounts that have high engagement.
Integrate with the NPS Activity Timeline to see a list of your customer accounts (ordered by revenue size) and their engagement across touchpoints. Accounts with low engagement likely need your support and are not ready for upsell until leaving high Promoter scores.
