Click "Select multiple files to upload". These are your documents that you want to fax out and may be located on a shared drive or desktop. They must be in PDF format. "Select multiple files to upload" button.

Tip! Optional: You could index the newly imported transaction to the patient and save the indexing so it is easier to find before faxing/sending out the document in the next step.

The newly imported transactions will now show with a new tracking number. Select this transaction to highlight it and choose the "Send" quick button. If you don't have the Quick Button setup, you can choose "Actions" and then choose "Send" in the Drop-Down. Screen shot is below.

The "Send pop up" window will show and you will fill out your "Cover sheet"  

Click "FAVORITES" if you have the fax number setup up you can select it and then move to Step 9. Or you can go to the "Contacts" Tab and type in the number you want to send to.

In the Contacts tab, under "additional destinations", type in the 10 digit number (area code and number only)

Click "Send" at the bottom of the pop up screen once you have entered  or selected the number to send the fax.
