It is recommended to exclude a student from a subject they do not offer in the school. \ For instance, if a science student did not partake in the subject "Government", you should exclude him/her when inputting the scores for Government for his/her class.\ This ensures that his/her total performance is not affected by having no score for that subject.

Where applicable, click "Exclude" to exclude a student from a subject s/he is not part of.
      9
Click "Absent" to mark a student absent from the subject s/he missed (even though s/he is supposed to be part of it)

Keep reading if you wish to utilize the offline version of results score input which allows you to download the score input page as an Excel Spreadsheet, and proceed to handle the score input offline in the spreadsheet; after which you can upload the spreadsheet online back into the school portal.
      11
Click "Work Offline (Using Excel)" at the top of the score input table
      12
Click "Download as Spreadsheet File" and save the Excel Spreadsheet file generated.
      13
You can now go on to input the student's scores for the subject into the downloaded spreadsheet file.\ Ensure to save the file (CTRL+S) periodically while working offline to avoid losing inputted scores.\ We implemented an auto-save feature for the online version to help save your score inputs even if you forget/miss to click the 'Save Score' button. But we do not control your offline Excel/Spreadsheet software, so you need to intentionally save your inputs as you keep working.
      14
When done working offline and are ready to upload, return to the same score input page on the online portal. \ \ Click "Work Offline (Using Excel)", and then click "Upload File"
      15
Click to select the spreadsheet file from where it is saved on your computer/device.\ \ Ensure to select the correct file to avoid the mistake of uploading the scores of a subject into another.
      16
Click "I'm sure I selected the right file."
      17
      Click "Import"
