Navigate to the "Settings" menu, usually located in the top right corner of the screen. 

From the drop-down menu, select "Manage Users."

In the Manage Users section, click on the "Accounting firms" tab. 

Here, you will find an option to "Invite Accountant." Click on that option to proceed.
